Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before we accept it online. Please note that your order status will automatically change from ‘Processing’ to ‘Confirmed and Accepted’ within 4-5 hours for both Prepaid and Cash On Delivery (COD). Alternatively, you can also message us on our WhatsApp number 7905941644 by simply providing your order ID and name.

Returns and Replacements
We understand that your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Our return policy is designed to accommodate instances where the seller has mistakenly sent the wrong order.
Returns for Incorrectly Sent Orders:
If you receive an order that was not as per your purchase, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, you are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

- Provide Order Details: When contacting us, ensure you have your order ID and relevant details ready. This will help us expedite the resolution process.
- Return Authorization: Once your claim is verified, we will provide you with a return authorization along with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return Shipment: Ship the incorrectly sent items back to us in their original packaging, ensuring they are unused and in the same condition as received.
- Replacement Option: After receiving the returned items and confirming the issue, you will be offered a replacement for the correct items. We will cover the shipping costs associated with sending you the replacement.
Normal Orders and Replacements:
For normal orders, customers have the option to choose a replacement for reasons such as size or color preference. However, please note that return shipping costs for normal orders will be borne by the customer. To initiate a return for a normal order, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Inform us about your intention to return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Authorization and Address: We will provide you with a return authorization and the return address. Please use India Post for a cost-effective return.
- Return Shipment Cost: The return shipping cost for normal orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving the returned item for normal orders, we will proceed with processing your replacement request.
