Return and Refund Policy
At Online Army Store, we strive to provide you with top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there might be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options and our guidelines.
Return/Replacement Instructions
To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, please follow these instructions carefully:
Timeframe for Return/Replacement:
Returns or replacements are only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. No requests will be accepted after this period.
Condition of the Product:
The product must be in its original packaging and with tags (if available).
You must also send us clear photos of the product and the packet slip via WhatsApp at 7905941644.
For Damaged or Other Returns:
If the product is damaged, or if you wish to return it for any other reason, please follow the same instructions for sending photos and the packet slip.
For returns, a ₹50 return charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
The Refund will be initiated as mention below after the pickup is completed:
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours if you send a photo or video of the product clearly visible when handing it to the courier delivery agent.
If the photo/video is not clear or is missing, the refund will be processed only after the product is delivered to our warehouse.
Replacement Process:
For replacements, the same photo and video requirements apply to ensure timely dispatch of the replacement item.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed manually to the UPI ID or barcode provided by the customer.
Simple Steps for Return/Replacement
- Contact Us
- Message us on WhatsApp No 7905941644 with your Order ID, photos of the product, and the packing slip.
- Verification and Confirmation
- After verification, we will confirm and create a return pickup for you. You will receive a Ticket ID/Track ID for the return process.
- Handing Over to the Delivery Agent
- Once the pickup is scheduled, ensure to send us a photo/video of the product clearly visible when handing it over to the courier delivery agent, as mentioned in Point No 4 of the Return/Replacement Policy, for a safe and timely refund.
- Refund or Replacement Processing
- After receiving your confirmation and required photos/videos, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours manually to your UPI ID or barcode provided by you.
- If you requested a replacement, we will dispatch the new order within 24-48 hours, excluding Sundays (Pickup from our warehouse is closed on Sundays).
Order Cancellation Policy
- If the order is cancelled after dispatch for prepaid orders, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer at the time of delivery, the customer will be required to pay an advance payment of ₹100 when reordering. This amount will be subtracted from the total amount at the time of delivery for order security and confirmation.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if cancelled, the customer must also pay an advance payment of ₹100 when reordering. This amount will be subtracted from the total amount at the time of delivery.
Effective Date
- This policy will be effective from 16th December 2024.
