🔄 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can!
We allow cancellation or modification before the order is dispatched.

For COD orders:
You can cancel directly, or call/WhatsApp us for any changes. We also call every COD customer for confirmation and to make any changes if needed.

💳 For prepaid (paid) orders:
If cancelled, the amount will be refunded within 24–48 hours directly to your account.

🕒 Quick Tip:
A Cancel button is available on your order page for the first 8 hours after placing your order.
You can cancel it on your own during this time. After that, just call or message us with your Order ID, and we’ll help you out.

📦 How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is simple and hassle-free!

Once your order is dispatched, the status will change to “Shipped” in your My Orders section.

We’ll upload complete tracking details, including:

  • 📦 AWB Number

  • 🚚 Courier Name

  • Time of Dispatch

You can click the tracking link anytime to check the live status of your shipment.

📋 What do the regular order statuses mean?
  1. Processing – Your order has been successfully placed and received by us.

  2. 📩 Confirm – Your order has been reviewed and accepted.

  3. 📦 Packing Done – Your order has been packed and is ready.

  4. 🚚 Ready for Dispatch – Your packed order is about to be handed over to the courier.

  5. 📞 Confirmation Call Not Answered – For COD orders, we tried to reach you for confirmation but couldn’t connect. Please contact us.

  6. 🏬 Completed – Your order has been picked from our warehouse. Tracking details will be uploaded shortly.

  7. ✈️ Shipped – Your order has been dispatched. AWB number, courier name, and dispatch time are updated in your order details.

  8. 📭 Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.


⚠️ What do the additional statuses mean?

  1. Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled on your request.

  2. ⚠️ Failed – The order attempt was not successful. Please try again.

  3. Pending Payment – You started the payment process, but it hasn’t been completed. Retry or contact us if the amount is deducted.

🚚 Are there any shipping charges?

Yes, we do have shipping charges, starting from ₹50. The charge varies based on the total order value.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • 🛒 ₹200 – ₹2999 → ₹50

  • 🛒 ₹3000 – ₹4999 → ₹65

  • 🛒 ₹5000 – ₹5999 → ₹95

  • 🛒 ₹6000 – ₹7999 → ₹125

  • 🛒 ₹8000 – ₹9999 → ₹145

  • 🛒 ₹10000 and above → ₹200

These charges help us ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

🔁 What is your return policy?

Yes, we offer a 5-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery.
